Chad Bosques, Founder and Principal Consultant at Risk Management Solutions

Founder & Principal Consultant

Chad Bosques

Chad Bosques is a physical security and risk management professional with more than 15 years of experience designing, evaluating, and leading enterprise security programs across corporate environments. His career combines military service, law enforcement experience, and executive corporate security leadership, providing a practical perspective on how security programs perform under real-world conditions.

Throughout his career, Chad has developed and led initiatives focused on enterprise physical security, workplace violence prevention, active shooter preparedness, environmental health and safety, incident investigations, and operational resilience. He has worked closely with executive leadership, Legal, Human Resources, Workplace Services, and other business partners to develop security strategies that protect people while supporting organizational growth and business objectives.

Rather than viewing security as a collection of technologies or isolated policies, Chad approaches every engagement as an interconnected system of people, processes, technology, monitoring, and response. His assessments focus on determining whether a security program can effectively detect, communicate, respond to, and recover from real-world incidents—not simply whether security measures exist.

His consulting philosophy is grounded in practical, risk-based decision making. Every recommendation is designed to be actionable, scalable, and aligned with the organization's operational needs, risk tolerance, and long-term business strategy.

As a veteran and the owner of Risk Management Solutions, Chad brings the principles of service, accountability, and operational readiness into the firm’s consulting approach.

Today, Chad helps organizations strengthen physical security programs through independent assessments, operational readiness evaluations, security program reviews, and strategic advisory services that improve resilience while enabling organizations to operate with confidence.

Why the Background Matters

Experience That Connects Strategy With Operations.

Many security recommendations fail because they are developed without sufficient understanding of how people, systems, facilities, and response protocols perform in real operating environments.

Risk Management Solutions combines operational experience with executive-level analysis to produce recommendations that are practical, proportionate, and aligned with business priorities.

Independence & Objectivity

Independent Advice. Clear Priorities.

The firm’s role is to evaluate and advise—not to begin with a predetermined solution.

Risk Management Solutions provides independent security assessments and advisory services. Recommendations are based on observed risk, operational need, and organizational priorities—not product sales or vendor relationships.
